The media could not be loaded. This base plate was everything that I was looking for. Was super exciting that it came with the backing plate so that I could make sure it was securely to the kayak and wouldn’t have to worry about a big fish pulling it out.It was super easy to install by placing the top plate where you want it and drilling your holes out, I used a 3/16 drill bit so I could thread the whole with the screw to help hold it on better. After that hold the backing plate on the inside of the kayak and tighten it all together with the screws.The yakattack base fits on it easily and you can switch between all there accessories. I will be using them mostly for my fish finder mount and rod holders.Would highly recommend this product to be on your kayak for all your yakattack accessories!

advertised as “hardware included.” Just the screws, no nuts or washers. Otherwise just as expected. YakAttack stuff is nice.

Delivered on time in good packaging. Looks to be very rugged and the screws look to be made of steel with a good casting of black paint. I mounted mine to the center of my Yak for a Garmin fish finder use a yak attack swivel mount. Seems very sturdy so far. I worried that the plastic may be to flimsy, but it looks to be very tough.
