   Pros: It’s warm, roomy, thick, long and absorbent.Cons: faded in one wash….. regular wash mild detergent cold water. Lots and lots of lint left in the dryer and washer. It’s velour not full looped terry. Must be washed separately. The hoodie needs a drawstring. The pocket is shallow….. needs a zip or Velcro at the top to secure keys wallet etc.

   Perfect for changing out of a wetsuit wherever you are, no more awkward nakedness or hiding between car doors! Slips on easy and the arms are wide enough to get in and out of for when you’re sliding a suit down or shorts up. Thin but absorbent enough to dry so you don’t need to worry about bringing a towel.And I find them super comfortable, I wear mine around the house all the time when lounging or before bed. A pocket isn’t very useful for what it’s supposed to be used for (changing poncho), but if they sold a version with pockets I’d buy another one in a heartbeat just for wearing around the house!Edit: oh snap they have one with pockets now

   It works great, it’s long, I’m 6’3″ and it’s perfect for me, absorbent and nice looking, it would be nice to have pockets, but they wouldn’t be able to sell for this price. I’ve looked for other ponchos in the surf shops around here and they were 2x the price.

   If your looking for a cover-up from the beach (or pool) to your destination this is a good product. It helps you dry off quicker and keeps you warm and toasty. I was looking for something more to wear after being in the water (at the beach) and then be able to change from swim suit (or wetsuit) to other clothes. There’s not enough room to do that. It will help you get warm and dry and is comfortable to wear for extended periods. I do use it at home after the pool just not what I was lookng for at the beach. Good product.

   This is not microfiber, when I ordered it said cotton, and it clearly is cotton toweling. It isn’t the thickest, but it does a good job of absorbing water after swimming. It is plenty big, but also works for my 5 foot tall kid. We are ordering another.
