I should have gotten this years ago.The difference between having too many boats and a lot of boats is how they are stored.I was trying to build my own rack, but wood wasn’t a strong enough crossbar, so I got this to attach to posts I already set in my yard. This was very easy to install, and forgiving. It will be flexible to reconfigure if I want to change the spacing. It is sturdy, but simple. I have a lot of choice where I attach the brackets, and each piece just uses two bolts. It couldn’t be simpler. I installed this on my lunch hour, with just drilling a pilot hole and using a hand ratchet.I have it holding three full sized kayaks now, but if I changed where the brackets are bolted to my posts, I could easily put in a fourth.I will be able to easily uninstall this and reuse it in other ways if I move.Since I’m storing my boats outside, I have them upside down. I was worried the brackets wouldn’t be long enough to hold them like that, but it works great. I found it easy to load my boats on without help, even on the top row, by first lifting one end up onto a bar, then the other. Its easier than putting my boats on top of the car rack.I couldn’t be more thrilled with this purchase, and seeing that its amongst the lower priced options for kayak storage I am surprised… I sacrificed nothing to get something exactly perfect!Yay! Now my boats dont have to live on the ground, won’t need to clean mud or ants out before using them.I could get a second set and put them on the back of my posts, but I dont have 8 kayaks, and these are too short for my sailboats… so I’m getting a couple racks with straps to put on the back of these posts to hold the sit on top and wider sit in… so all in all I will hold six boats up off the ground on just two posts! It will be so easy to pick ones out for each outing now.I feel like such a mature grown up now, having proper storage for my boats.

Easy to install and looks better than expected! I only used 3 sets of the arms so I had plenty of space. One thing I would add about install is that you should put the mounting brackets on the 4th or 5th hole top and bottom so you can install arms at the very top and bottom. If you put the brackets in the top & bottom holes youโll lose several inches of space

The rack was easy to install, very solid. I do wish the rear braces were a few inches longer. We have an old town kayak that is fairly large that took up more height on the rack then the other three. About 6โ – 8โ more height or an add on ability would be fantastic to accommodate all kayak sizes.

Assembled like I thought it would. Make sure you read the directions first or you will loose about 8 inches of space. I put the bungee cords on mine but if you are not in a windy area you shouldn’t even need them. Installed it in about 20 minutes.

Making sure your in a stud. It has no contact with the ground or floor. This rack is totally wall mount. Holds 50lbs per arm. My heaviest craft Is 55lbs. No problem at all. Sturdy with nice pads.

I researched dozens of different storage solutions.. and chose this one. Boy, and I glad I did. It mounted easy, and it’s built VERY well. Heavy duty and worth every penny. The padded arms protect my water craft. You can trust this product!

I’ve got 2 kayaks, 2 hard paddleboards, one inflatable paddleboard (stacked deflated on a hard board), all the paddles and 4 lifejackets stored on this rack. We’ve been using it for 5 months now, no problems, no issues. Love it.

I lost the directions and I was still able to install with no issues. The rails are adjustable so I was able to fit 4 kayaks.Looks good and keeps the kayaks off the ground. I may install a tarp as a cover due the sun.
