   ordered this as second set for my pelican case. perfect fit, and cuts like factory foam, because it is. trace items with chalk, cut middle section with an electric carving knife, glue middle to bottom with 3m spray adhesive and voila, 30 minutes and you have a professional, custom insert.

   The foam pieces were perfect. All I had to do was put them in the case. Nothing could be simpler. The density of the foam seems to be identical to the original foam, so no complaints there.

   I needed a replacement for the orginal foam and got it. It was easy to install and easy to make the necessary cut-out. You can’t beat the quality.

   I have a high end Plano case with the Pick-n-Pluck foam. I plucked the profile I needed and threw the plucked foam away. Then I changed the profile. Bought this to replace the Pick-n-Pluck section. I needed to trim the outside dimensions slightly to fit the case. Density and color appears to be identical to the Plano foam. Very happy with the purchase. Highly recommend. As a side note, I used an electric knife to do the cutting. It leaves almost a factory finish edge.
