This jacket works great for me. It’s comfortable. and I like that it opens on the side. I do wish the pocket was a tad bit bigger that’s why I rate it as 4 stars.

This is a very nice PFD, but itโs super chunky in the front and back, which was very uncomfortable in my high backed kayak seat with lumbar support. It would be great with a back band or low seat, however. The hand warmer in the front is awesome and itโs loaded with pockets and features. Very well made, though not super forgiving on your boobs since itโs pretty rock hard. Just think twice if your seats are higher, thatโs all. I purchased a Stohlquist Flo instead. Not nearly as low profile, but definitely fits my seat with zero hinderance, and itโs anatomically made for a womanโs body.

This lifejacket seems great. I love how it is low profile so it doesnt get in your way of your arms. Because it is low profile it is thicker than your average lifejacket but that is probably because it needs to be since its smaller. I like the pocket in front and the hand warmers. However, I did end up returning it and going with the Astral, Ceiba Life Jacket instead. Where this jacket sits on my abdomen, causes me a bit of discomfort but keep in mind due to a few medical conditions I have any kind of pressure on certain areas of my abdomen cause me pain. Even when I tried to loosen the straps it still just didn’t feel as comfortable as the Astral. I also like how the Astral goes on like a jacket where you zip and connect one strap whereas the Ninja you have to put over your head and then connect 2 straps on the side – it made it a bit clumsier to put on. Overall, if this is comfortable for you, I think its great especially for those who paddle and want more arm swing without scaping on the jacket. I didnt try in the water. Also, they don’t offer free returns – whopping $8.96 to return and you have to print the label. Not very convenient.

After 5 or 6 SUP outings of 1 to 2 hours, I ‘m still enthusiastic. This PDF is well made. It is comfortable and cool, doesn’t chaff like other vests. I like the front pocket which holds a few small items but isn’t waterproof.

Perfect size and great for white water

It easily keeps a 130 lb person head up in the water. Your arms are completely free to paddle the SUP. Love the bright teal color – improves visibility on the lake

This is a very popular and well made PFD, only complaint is very little storage. I-phone in case barely fits in pocket and puts pressure on zipper. There is no additional room. If you don’t need/want to carry much this is a great vest however.

Itโs pretty awesome looking. Fits well/adjustable. Has a nice sturdy pocket that easily zips and upzips. Iโve floated for about an hour in it and tried swimming underwater. It was super bouyent! Haha Also wore it sailing a couple times in a NRS drysuit and it was comfy and maybe added a tiny bit of warmth around my chest. My biggest challenge was getting it to stay down around my body and not slip up into my neck. To remedy that issue I just loosened the shoulder straps and cinched the stomach strap tight and then retightened the shoulder straps and that stayed put much better.
