Slightly snug otherwise wonderful shoes for going in the creek, wading pool, and running in the grass under the sprinkler. Very solid bottom and toe base, easy closure with Velcro, and easy to get on a chubby foot.My son is almost 2 and isn’t great at catching himself when he loses his balance or slips on rocks/wet patches, so barefoot was not working well once summer really heated up. I wanted shoes with a solid bottom and closed toes for the creek and these are PERFECT for that. I love that the only openings are on top rather than near the toes (like our other name brand water shoes) so no pebbles or something excess sand during creek play! They’re also wonderful for all our other water based activities, even the water table on the deck.I was worried because my son has fairly chubby feet- he not only didn’t complain about these shoes but the redness that accompanies the snugness actually seems to be from the shoes being a little smaller than expected rather than from his foot being too fat. He wears a 6 and his toes are right at the front so I’m actually on here purchasing the next size up in hopes that our problems are solved by the size up. His other shoes are all still fine and comfy so I’m under the impression that these are a bit small to prevent slipping within the shoes. A great concept for the creek but not necessary for our deck or yard, so I’ll rotate through both sizes depending on what we are doing and see if it works better that way.I cleaned the sand out of these in the sink and let them on the porch to dry for a few hours. I’d definitely recommend these for beach going or other outdoor water environments.

I didn’t want to spend a lot on water shoes my son would only wear for one summer, and these have held up surprisingly well, especially given how cheap they were. Wore them to the beach, in the pool, in the backyard, and the splash pad at least 10 times and they’ve held up nicely and washed off easily. Velcro straps are starting to give a little and theyre not as sturdy as more expensive water shoes, but otherwise, no complaints.

We loved these shoes so much, we bought them twice! as our little one grew out of her first pair, we bought her the exact replacement in a bigger size. these are soo comfortable. she loves them.

I bought a pair for my 5 year old and one each for my 18month old toddlers. We were going to a river and I needed water shoes for them to wear that would protect the soles of their feet and their toes, would be comfortable and would dry fast.They fit as expected and I love the strap because one of my twins has skinny little feet, while the other has chubby feet and these work for both of them! I was worried they might fall off my skinny footed twin because shoes tend to be harder to find for her, but they stayed on all day.

My 3.5 year old wore in the bay and sand. He liked wearing and didn’t feel the need to take them off when out of the water, so must be comfortable. The Velcro offered good fit

Super cute shoes as my son loves whales! But they caused blisters after a few days. He can wear them for a short period of time but not all day like at the waterpark (which is what I bought them for).

They are fit to size and good for the price! My only complaint is they do retain water but we just set them out and let them dry overnight and they are fine. Definitely recommend for school activity or just shoes for the yard over the summer
