These supportive kids’ summer sandals can take anything a child can dish out. Made with durable polyester and featuring a moisture-wicking lining, the Newport H2 closed toe sandals for kids are built off KEEN’s traditional wider footwear form. From weekends away at camp to days of playing with friends, get ready for endless warm weather outside fun! KEEN products are consciously created using PFC-free water repellent, P.E.T. recycled plastic bottles (in applicable styles) and leather sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries. These are a must have for a toddler in the warm weather. I got these a year ago when my son first started walking around 10 months old. They protect my sons feet with a nice rubber toe and hard sole for all terrains. These “sandals” cover the feet all around with great air flow and they have a secure Velcro to adjust around ankle since my son is between sizes. I knew what I was going for when I got this pair second time around. So easy to clean in washer and then I just let them air dry. My son can literally run a muckkkkk at the beach; they are basically water shoes with great grip for the rocky beaches. My son will not for the life of him wear the havianna flip flops I have for him, i keep trying. But his KEENS? Loves em’!!! Almost 2 years old and he most sure about what he does or doesn’t not like let me tell ya.

They were comfy right out of the box. I wear them every day. I plan on wearing them for as long as I can. I am going to wear wool socks with them; they are so comfy. I am an adult with small feet. These shoes don’t look like children’s shoes. I can wear them and pass them off as adult shoes. I get lots of complements on them. They seem to be well made and will stand up to years of wear.

I chose these for my son because I used to wear Keens about 15 years ago when I was hiking in the White Mountains. My son was going to be doing rappelling and then working in the water. These are a good sturdy sandal which has a good sole that does not slip.These sandals did not disappoint. When it came time to perform he had all of the footing he needed. I ended up switching from a different type of shoe and bought myself the same product.Keen has amazing quality and the size is true to fit.I love Keen and recommend them to anyone.This sandal is great for any and all activities no matter how intense.

I love keen. One of my favorite brands. They do have different fits depending on width of foot and support needs. If your child has any pronation issues, needs extra support , or has a slim foot, these will not fit well. (This is what I was looking for , so I went with a different keen model)
