   I bought two of these: one for my four year-old who is tall and thin; and the other for my two year-old who is an absolute tank. Both kids fit into these perfectly. The straps are easy to adjust and hold tight once adjusted.Word of caution: I took my eyes off my two year-old for five seconds while we were in about a foot of water (where my two year-old could easily stand). He somehow fell face forward into the water and began to float on his belly with his face fully immersed in the water, and he could not right himself. I was able to quickly pull him out of the water, but it left me wondering what would have happened if I had not reacted as quickly. Take that for what it’s worth, and be careful with your little ones even when they’re wearing life jackets such as this one.

   Has been a great purchase. Good quality. And most importantly works as it should. We used it all summer on lakes and my mother in laws pond. My 2 yr old actually asks for it to be put on so it must be fairly comfortable.

   Serves it’s purposeMy 5 year old felt safe for the most part, but didn’t trust the life jacket will keep him afloat on the deep end of the pool.Didn’t push it so we didn’t try it. Maybe a update on this review later in life.

   These are comfy for my kids in the wave pool. Possibly from the motion of the waves, but after an hour the between the leg strap loosens. Not by alot, but I can see the gap from the vest to their shoulders’ grow. Simple enough to retighten, but obviously better if that was not needed. The handle on the back is very useful and I don’t worry about it ripping off when picking my kids up by it.

   Good quality jacket overall, but for more advanced swimmers. Will not keep a child up right without them kicking their legs for balance. I purchased for my two year old he is still getting the hang of swimming he has flipped forward a couple times not being able to get back upright….make sure you have supervision at all times if they are not strong swimmers yet!
