   **Update***Customer service contacted me back after a couple days, apologized and spoke to me about receiving a new board. Second board is MUCH better. No problems with this one. Took it out for a day on the lake and no unfortunate surprises. If it wasn’t for the customer service I’m not sure if I’d purchase from them again, but luckily that’s what saved us! Board is great and everything worked, even the orange waterproof container was in better condition and closed properly! Updated to 4 stars because we just wished we would’ve gotten a good board the first time!Received the board on the date described and upon opening the paddle board the colors were beautiful and as described. But unfortunately, under further inspection, we’re concerned that we received a used board. There are a few large indented scrapes on our board that (although the image isn’t as clear as in person) are through the first layer and have a small bead of air leaking through (found this out after planning a whole day trip to the lake). Next, the valve that is used to inflate the paddle board has lots of gunk/glue around the edging and although we thought it was just cosmetic, it started bubbling when we used the board in the water. Third, the PSI on our pump isn’t working. Fourth, the clip that is used to secure the bottom fin has a reddish crud on it which looks like plastic deterioration and makes it a pain to attach and remove the clip.It’s a beautiful board and we were really hoping for the best when we received it only a couple of days ago.We were hoping the customer service would be excellent like described by every other person on these reviews. But, after messaging on Instagram and Facebook we were told that we would get sent a new pump asked to send pictures of the damage to figure out the next step on a replacement board since the box we received the board in is VERY large and would be a pain to return, pictures and description were sent), then we were left on read, so I guess this is our last attempt to hopefully get the seller to reply since there’s no option to contact them on amazon. It’s unfortunate to spend over $300 on a paddle board and not be able to use it, but hey.. I guess we have a pump.PS. Unless we received a bad stereotype of the orange plastic waterproof container, please DONT put anything valuable in it. The lid pops off very easily and leaks water on the inside, would not want you to ruin anything valuable!

   Such an amazing product for an even more amazing price. We use this board on the bay and it handles large boat waves very well. It is incredibly easy to maneuver even in a stronger current. I was very impressed with how stable it is. It is stable enough for yoga and planks.Inflation takes about 10/15 minutes but if you factor it into the workout it’s relatively easy. It’s a bit of a challenge when close to the desired pressure but if your not in a rush it is doable.I am amazed at the ease of deflation and packing up, even after a long day of paddling. The board quickly deflates itself and it is easy to fold up the board to place in its bag.Another major bonus of the board is the oversized bag. I’ve seen a few of the other iSUP bags and they are quite small compared to this one. It fits an haphazardly folded board in with ease, along with all the accessories. Also the backpack feature makes the walk to the shore much easier.If you’re thinking about purchasing one, I highly recommend this HighPi board.I actually purchased two, one for my family and another for a charity auction. It’s impressive looking and was a top prize at the fundraiser.

   First iSUP purchase, and has done all I can ask for. Very stable, & moves well in smooth or choppy waters. It was easy to feel comfortable, stand up, and I’ve taken it in both salt and fresh water, lakes & rivers. It has performed like a champ through it all! I’ve been on the water just about every weekend since purchase. It is also easy to accessorize (chair, dual paddles, extra bags, etc). Plenty of varied water where I live, so can see this board getting use well into fall, then again early spring, etc.If I had a nit to pick – MINOR – maybe a set straps aft (similar to those up forward), to perhaps carry more gear. Otherwise, its been perfect.

   This board is exactly as pictured and described. I love it. I was a bit skeptical and nervous after seeing reviews on different board companies on Amazon but this came with everything, in great condition, it looks really nice not cheap, the colors are great. I was shocked how light it was when I first picked it up for how big it is. I’ve rented lots of them at different places and they were smaller and heavier. I’ve used it about 5 times so far and it works great. I lost the removable fin though and have reached out for a replacement but haven’t heard back yet, but I just messaged a few minutes ago.I’ll keep you posted.

   Being over 6 feet tall, this board is fantastic for balance. I have used other boards and balance was a challenge. Not this board! So happy with this purchase and the quality is fantastic. (Including the extra gear included) Be sure to get an automatic pump as well……you’ll thank yourself later!

   Best investment not for excersising, but enjoying spending time with my Ohana, and the beauty of Hawaii sunrise. My spouse will begetting his board soon by the end of this week. So are my siblings. Great quality, portable and light.

   Love my new SUP board. Wondering if there are any suggestions on how to dry or keep dry the board handle. Always seems to stay damp.
