   The life vest itself seems very nice. Good quality, comfortable, nice colors. However, it seems to run small. On the tag it says that it should fit 28″-33″ chest, but my son has a 28″ chest and we can barely get it zipped. The straps are adjustable, but the zipper obviously can’t get bigger, so we have to send it back. I can’t imagine how someone bigger would ever fit in this. It fits very similar to our youth (up to 90lb) life vest that he just outgrew.

   My 13 year old passed the weight limit on his youth life jacket but the adult small was way to big for his long and lean build. This is the perfect in between. Love the bright color. Easy to see but not too little kiddish.

   Wonderful life jacket for the money! Fits wonderful on a 85 lb boy. It doesn’t run him under the arms. The zipper is great if they don’t use the buckles.

   I bought this life jacket for my 12 year old son who is 98 lbs and 5’2” tall. He is pretty scrawny and skinny. The weight range said up to 124 lbs. for this jacket, my son couldn’t even get it zipped up, with a gap with about 3” between the zipper. It looks like a nice life jacket, but the sizing was way off.

   Weve had this brand in the past but from Costco and we’re very happy with the quality. So when it came time to upsize, we looked on Amazon for this brand and bought it for our 9yo son. He is tall and big for his age BUT his weight is within the size parameters so we took a chance. He’s 4’11” and 94lbs and this was WAY way WAY too small for him. I guess you have to measure your child’s chest instead of going by weight to make sure this will work. We returned it but look forward to finding one from this brand in his size. Haven’t had any luck so far…..
