Amazon suggested Large based on other who “wear my size”. Way too small. I’m 5′ 10″ (177cm), 240lbs (108kg), chest: 44″ (112cm), waist: 42″ (106cm), arm: 24″ (60cm), stomach: 46″ (117cm). I tried the 2X and it was still tight and would be uncomfortable. I ended up ordering the 3X and that fit nicely. I haven’t tried it outside or in the water yet, so I can’t accurately rate the sun protection.

I’ve used one every day in the tropical Sun and surf for 6 months and it hasn’t stretched. Better than the others that I’ve tried.

These rash guards fit me perfectly and do not ride up like most base layers do. I love the different color options. The material quality is second to none.The only thing I don’t like is that the pattern left arm of the garment does not wrap completely around the arm. You have to really look closely in the advertisement pictures to notice this, but it is not a deal breaker.

I am an XL so I ordered an XXL, and the size was just right, although my gut still sticks out somewhat. It’s a beautiful shirt to protect me from the sun when I am swimming.

Well the design on this is awesome everyone loves it and I as hell loved it too. Comfortable and keeps you cool in the sun with no nasty sunburn.

I am about 183 cm tall and 218 pounds, originally I picked a Large, but it was a little bit too tight for me, so exchanged it for an Extra large which fitted me perfectly! Everything else is great! and Love the color and the feel!
