I ordered the wides and they were still a little snug. I ended up removing the insoles and now they fit perfect but obviously hard without the soft soles. That said, I love the feel of the shoes and they have been fairly durable as I’ve used them for everything from going on the boat to working on my vehicle to mowing the grass. My main dislike is even though they are “water” shoes the soles still retain a fair amount of water and thus can smell quickly if you are in dirtier water. It took a couple washes with simple green and baking in the Florida sun for a few days to finally disinfect and smell decent again. I love the look and feel though.

Got these for my first trip out sailing and they worked great. They gripped the deck well and didn’t slide at all. The captain even asked what kind they were so he could get a pair because his were wearing out! Functional and good looking.

Traction is not very good on wet rocks, at all! I had a pair of Drainmakers before and they where good on wet slippery rocks. These are not. The drainmakers also dried pretty fast. These take a while to dry as they will hold some water in the bottom sole.They are comfortable! And they look good
