Got these for my husband for a Fathers Day gift. He has a pair I bought him 6 months ago that he loves and wears daily to work (he changes into boots there) and when he changes out of his work boots. He usually wears a 10.5 but in these an 11 is more comfortable with socks (or without, he does both). I bought his original pair for about $75 at Academy 6 months ago which seemed expensive at the time, but he wears them ALL THE TIME and they’ve held up SO well. They (original pair) are a little dirty but we haven’t washed them (because he wears them daily and won’t give them up), but I’m sure upon washing they will look brand new. Wasn’t sure how he would feel about the bright green on the bottom of these but it’s not as noticeable as it looks in the stock pictures. They’re authentic- we compared them side by side with his other pair. He loves these and I know he will get lots of use out of them, and I paid about $50 instead of the $75 I paid for his other pair, so I would call that a win. Great shoes, super durable, and can be casual or dressy. Definitely will be buying another pair in a different color for his next birthday or just because; these are a great buy.

I purchased these shoes for a trip to the USVI and wanted something more…”beachy” looking than tennis shoes. These worked perfect for walking around the islands, some light hiking and exploring, as well as going out in. These shoes are so comfortable I now end up slipping these bad boys rather than my tennis shoes for daily errands and running around in.As water shoes, they drained water, pebbles, and sand nicely. They handled scrambling over wet rocks and trails, provided enough support for walking trails through the rainforest, and are super easy to clean when you get back and want to go out for a nice dinner.Couldn’t have been happier with this purchase.

I don’t live anywhere near water but I’ve discovered that this is the shoe for all environments. This is my 4th pair of PFGs. When new they are dressy and I can wear them out to the club or get together. When old they are rugged and I wear them around the house or in the yard. Very comfortable with socks or without. The ultimate go anywhere, do anything shoe!

This is the second pair of this type of shoe that I own. I mainly wear them while fishing but also wear them at other times. I love how they just slip on without tying or strapping yet they stay on your feet. There is not a lot of arch support so I wouldn’t recommend wearing them on a day when you might be on your feet a lot.
