Just undo the leash string, tie this onto your board’s leash attachment point – and you are ready to go. Our BPS ‘Storm’ 10-ft Ultralite leash is available in 4 colors (Clear White, Light Pink, Pure Black, Transparent Blue).
- MORE ABOUT THE PRODUCT – Made with an ankle-fitting super comfortable padded Neoprene cuff, quick-release tab, Double Stainless Steel swivels to stop tangles, and a lightweight but strong 5.5mm Coiled Cord that can stretch out up to 10-feet. The Coiling of the leash TOTALLY eliminates any leash drag (so no risk of snagging submerged objects) keeping your leash up on the back of your board and out of the water. The leash cuff also features a handy hidden key pocket.

Seems to be made of good quality materials. Coil has a wire cable in center, covered is plastic/rubber. Ankle attachment is soft neoprene and hook/loop fastening, very comfortable and easily fits on my ankle with plenty of room for adjustment. I have an athletic build at 5’9″ 200lbs.Some reviewers have mentioned that the cable is too tight while coiled. Mine barely offers any resistance, even when stretched out to 5-6 feet. In my opinion, this is a perfect safety attachment for use on a paddle board, as I’m intending it’s use! Excellent product.

I ordered this 10′ coiled surf leash for my son who is really into surfing recently because his original surf leash tended to tangle his foot during use. The product was delivered timely. After a few trials, he found out that it still tangled his foot. Before returning it back to Amazon, I tried to contact the seller, Surf and Snow Warehouse. I got timely reply from them: they asked me to keep that coiled one even though I did not chose the right type. And offered me a straight surf leash from their product line. They suggested me the right size of the surf leash based on the length of my surf board, arranged shipping of the new leash with ALL of these for FREE!We received the new straight surf leash, my son tried with it right away and he really liked it! I really have to give them a 5 star for their customer service. Even though I did not chose the right type at the beginning, it ended up with a great solution by communicating with them. Will surely come back to have business with them in the future!

Worked great for flatwater paddling, but took it out for one day of 2 foot surf – it got so stretched out that it won’t coil back up again. It also had an annoying habit of coiling around my legs and feet, which is a serious safety issue. I’ve owned other BPS products, and you get what you pay for. This leash is inexpensive for a reason. If you need a robust leash for SUP surfing, spend more for something that’s really made for that use.

Update!The seller reached out to me to apologize and corrected the issue. There were no issues with the product other than the wrong one being sent. The Kora white is exactly what I wanted and was able to get it.Original review below2 of 5 starsI ordered the “Kora white” not what I got. I didn’t expect the coils to be so small. I thought they sent a kids version at first, but it stretched out enough. The leg cuff also felt ‘dinky’ but it worked well. The construction seems good. Maybe I would have rated higher had I gotten what I ordered.

I see from other reviews some people have complained and gotten an adult sized one instead.I would say save the effort and make sure you are ordering a full size one like the “Overmont Surfboard Leash”I didnt bother with trying to return it, as I needed it right away. I just used it for a week or so until I got a full sized one.
