I read a lot about paddles before I purchased my kayak. I honestly thought maybe people were just trying to justify to themselves the amount of money they spent on their paddle. I mean I’ve always spent big money on Oakley sunglasses even tho I can’t really tell the difference between my $200 Oakleys or the $10 pair I wear in the quarry I work at. However, it’s a totally different world in paddles!!! I initially purchased a $50 paddle when I bought my kayak and honestly, paddling my kayak sucked so bad I considered returning it and getting a peddle kayak. But, I decided to try a different paddle before I gave up kayaking. So glad that I did, too! This paddle is simply amazing and made using my kayak actually enjoyable. It truly was a night and day difference, my arms weren’t tired, my kayak paddled easier, the paddle just improved things 500 fold. Now, it makes me wonder what a $300 paddle would be like.

Perfect for my Bonafide 11’7″ fishing kayak. I’m 6’0″ and the 260cm length is perfect for my needs. My old aluminum paddle was wonky and too short. I would say that for the money, its a good value. I like the oblong shaping of the hand-areas and there is zero play where the two pieces are connected. Was expecting it to be a bit lighter, but for it’s length, I’m happy. I really don’t care about the line grabber cutout at the moment, but maybe I’ll use it sometime in the future. I may buy a shorter version for our traditional sit-in kayak.

Kid got a new kayak and needed a paddle, this came highly recommended on internet and did not disappoint.My son is out on the lake often, does not need to wear gloves, and enjoys hours of paddling every day.He has not tried changing the angles, only used stock position, so no experience using, the holes are as sturdy as the main holes and if there is a need to adjust and offset the paddles, he has that option.He said best paddle he has used kayaking to date…

Amazing quality for a paddle in this price range. Tight fit at the joint, light weight and excellent ergonomics. In my opinion (for what it’s worth) it’s all you’ll ever need for yak fishing.
