Good light weight economical paddle for paddling. May not work very well for pushing the canoe from the bank or thru rocks. Don’t intend to do, so recommend .

I must say that the determining factor here is what you pay for them. In the past 6 months, the asking price for these has fluctuated between 13 and 28 dollars each! Worth every penny if you can get them on the low end, but there’s better options in the higher price range. Light weight, and relatively sturdy. Should last for years if not abused.
