Dan –
These are a great deal because they come with good machine threaded screws and the locking nuts to match Instead of just wood screws. They appear to be good heavy-duty loops and combined with the good hardware are more than adequate for my purpose- securing a 5 gallon jerry in my truck bed and a propane tank in a trailer.

Bought these to hold kayak on 2 wheel cart. They work perfect! Mounted 1 on inside and 1 outside for cargo straps. These are solid.
GroundPounderFab –
Clean and functional. Work perfectly with small straps to secure stuff on my boat.

I am fully aware of the gamble some specialty items on Amazon are when you are trying to find the lowest price for something, and this was no different. Half of the loops came torqued as if it was a bad casting or something – meaning that if you were to lay it “flat” on a table one of the screw holes would be up off the surface. That said, I am using them for battery tie downs and I was able to make them work (cost and availability outweighed the hassle of returning and looking for new). If I was using them on the deck of a boat, or somewhere visible, I would look to other vendors/options.Included hardware seems ok nothing special but not worth swapping in my opinion.
