Everything was great. They even installed the liner prior to shipping. No other hard hat that I have ordered did that. The included led light is brilliant. Just snap it on the front. No headlight strap required. The comfort is insane. I wear it forgetting that itโs on my head even when Iโm in an area that doesnโt require me to wear it. The adjustable ventโs on on each side works very well. And the cooling liners can be wetted down for instant cooling. And they come off easy and can be machine washed. This helmet is also low fit. It doesnโt sit on top of your head like so many others. The ratchet control is spot on. You donโt have to pull it to unlock and push it to lock. Just turn in to get tighter or turn it the other way to loosen. And finally the headlight works a long time. When I got it I completely drained it before charging. And it took 10 hours to do it. Light was on the whole time. And this was from the factory charge and I donโt know if they charge it up all the way before shipping. So 100 stars for this helmet!!!

Finally! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on hardhats. This is the first one that fits and has room to spare. The last one I bought from lyft looked really good and sturdy, wich it was but It had that stan laurel fit. Took a chance on klein and Amazon and I got the last hard had ill ever buy….unless I get smashed from a falling piano. Thanks Klein for having a good hardhat worth writing a review for. Normally I give 2 stars just for asking me to write a review, but 2 cheladas in and I caved. Oh almost forgot about the great headlamp. White piercing light “not dank yellow ” is awesome. I’ve had it 3 weeks and today I plugged it in for the first time. Just detach the headlamp, leave my hardhat in my locker , take it home in my lunch bag charge it up and take it back. Awesome…….thanks thats enough b.s. from your every day average production worker. Oh one more thing. I have really thick hair but the swivel back and larger fit allows for way better positioning before you crank it down for snuggness. I paid double for that piece of crap lyft hard hat.

and I absolutely love it! It is extremely comfortable, lightweight and the carbon fiber looks bada$$! The detachable light attaches securely, and I have no more worries of the rubber or elastic head bands on expensive headlamps eventually stretching out or dry rotting and breaking. Plus the light itself is amazing, and crazy bright. I had to buy AAA batteries in bulk before, but not anymore. The light rechargeable pretty fast and lasts a good long time on full brightness, so the savings in batteries is an added bonus and should be taken into consideration of the purchase price. I sweat, like seriously… a lot. Like I make my own ponds in the Florida sun and humidity, and the sweat band and suspension pad do an awesome job of keeping the sweat out of my eyes. I added the pack of additional pads at the time of purchase, so I can always start the day with a clean set, and that’s a my recommendation. Also, speaking of temperatures, the adjustable vents on the hard hat work pretty damn well. They let the heat out, provide circulation of air, but also keep heat in on those occasionally cold days to keep you warm. Plus with the Klein name on it, you know it’s quality, and it’s going to last forever. My opinion is that you can’t go wrong with this hard hat, and it was worth every penny.

I wear a hardhat daily. I got tired of years with wearing cheap hats. This hardhat is well worth the purchase. I’m in my 50s and comfort is at the for front now. This hard hat is durable and tuff. Comfortable to wear and not getting those headaches from the cheap ones is a huge plus. Bending over it always stays secure to your head. Goodbye to picking your hardhat up continuously. Secure and comfortable. As long as the manufacturer never reduces quality I will always be a user of this hardhat. The light is freaking super bright. You won’t be disappointed!! Also it’s rechargeable with charging cord. If you need a new hardhat? Then don’t buy those cheap ones. And don’t buy those $160 and up ones without saying their name those are not worth the money.

Great cap. Looks good and most comfortable one I’ve ever worn in 15 years. The black does get hot in the sun over summer time. But would recommend it or the white one to anyone. Buy extra pads for the inside to wear while you wash the other set

My last hardhat lasted me 8 years or so, and it was time to go ahead and get a new one. Probably longer than I should have used it. Since I like things that last and donโt want to waste money often replacing my things, I didnโt mind the higher cost of this hardhat. Especially after reading reviews, I felt it was a smart choice.I LOVE IT! I highly recommend it, and donโt wuss out and buy a similar one for a reduced rate. Someone at work liked mine so much, he bought a very similar one for much less. I can feel the difference in the weight, and the feel of his seems cheap in comparison.Ok, the fit. First off the upgraded head band is comfy as hell. Itโs got nicely padded cushions up front near your forehead, and it has a cushion at the top of your head, so when you wear it, you donโt feel anything but padded comfort. The ratchet sizing works so fluidly. I will resize it often, if Iโm wearing a beanie when itโs cold, or if I have my hair in a low bun, I need a touch extra space cause the bun sits just below the wheel mechanism. The air vents are nice, Iโm not sure if itโll do much though, working in Texas, unless itโs got a little mini split blowing in cold air, I donโt have much hope of actually cooling me down lol. But Iโll change my review if I notice anything after a full summer. The clips for headlamps; thatโs the freaking best. With winter here, and dark when Iโm arriving to work and leaving work; itโs absolutely helpful! Iโve already been using a the headlamp and itโs much much better than an aftermarket clip on headlamp. (Iโll get a photo and add it, while Iโm using the headlamp)The hardhat is just super badass looking. The matte look with the digital looking print (what? Iโm in construction- I donโt know what that is called!) itโs just freaking a great looking hardhat!!!
