***Post use edit and review changed to 5 stars – RANGALii contacted me and sent a hose, took it to the lake, did not take long to inflate to pressure at all. My daughter loved it and I am buying another one.After lots of shopping and I mean a lot of it. I found this one. Asked questions, shopped some more.Decided on this one. Came in, looks great, -BUT-THE PUMP HOSE WAS MISSING!!!!!!Rangali – you owe Amazon big time. Since it would have been more of a pain to return the WHOLE board, Amazon just sent me a new pump THAT HAS A HOSE!!!Also another word of advice. Put the fact that you use a universal fin box at the top of the description. That is the main reason I chose this one. I am adding a motor powered center fin and it needs that fin box.I bought this one in blue, I may order another in pink for my daughter, if this one proves out.Missing parts lost you 2 stars

I looked at many inflatable paddle boards before deciding on this one. We did a trial run at home with my 8 & 10-year-old daughters before taking it to the lake. Once at the lake, I dropped my kids off with our beach gear and went to park the car. Before I got back, they had it inflated and ready to go! We paddled on the lake and kids were jumping on and off of the board all day. It has lots of grip and can stand up to multiple kids on the board. Back on land, we discovered the bottom fin fell off in the water. I guess my daughter didn’t assemble that piece correctly. I contacted RANGALii to get a replacement and they’re sending me another fin at no cost. We even ordered a second RANGALii paddleboard because we know we are going to use them often since it was easy, fun, and has great customer service.

Update: Board is great, LOVED using it this Summer. Asked for a bag replacement and wanted to say the customer service was great and they shipped another new bag because the hip straps didn’t last. See original review below. Thanks Ragnalii!!!The board itself has been great for me so far, no issues with the pump as I read in the reviews before purchasing. I’ve been on the board about 6 times now since purchasing and the only issue is that the hip straps on the backpack carrying case have already pulled out of the seams and are no longer attached. I use public transportation to get to and from the lake I go to and this was a big disappointment. I had only used the straps 2 times before the left side came out while walking and gently pulled on the other and it came out as well after I got home. @Ragnalii – Please reinforce those hip straps.

Freaking awesome board! I took it to the lake yesterday and had a lot of fun. Other than beautiful, the quality is better than I expected. The pump made it very easy to inflate, and I know because it took me (a girl) 7 minutes to inflate mine. And my two guy friends that bought a board from another brand 20 minutes to inflate theirs with the other brand pump. So I think this pump made a huge difference in that sense!!I think the only thing I didn’t really get it right this first time was the pressure gauge, my board was not as sturdy as it should be but it could’ve been because I didn’t even get to 7psi.Will try to pump more air next time and hopefully it will be more sturdy.

I had a small problem with my SUP and let customer service know. They were extremely responsive and took care of things quickly. SUP is impressively sturdy yet light for carrying to the water. Tracks well too. Overall, I am very happy with the product and experience with Rangali.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this kayak two weeks ago. I inflated it once at home and have taken it out on the water twice since then. I love it! Fully inflated, the SUP is lightweight but plenty sturdy. I’m a bigger girl and had doubts originally if I would feel stable on an inflatable board – not even an issue! The only complaint I have is the lack of D-rings around the outside, but I knew that when I bought it. It feels well-made and the design has received a lot of compliments already! Everything fits nicely in the backpack, too.

This board is great! I’ve had it for three years now. This past summer I took it out 30 times. So reliable. My dog LOVES it! I’ve taken a friend with me almost every time. A great purchase. Customer service is top notch! I had a problem with one of the pumps and they worked with me. If they had another color, maybe purple, I’d buy it in a heart beat!
